The essential information required to set up an Active-Sync with the AIHEC Exchange E-mail Server.
Access Settings on your Cell Phone and find E-Mail Accounts. Phones differ somewhat, but usually there is a Settings app.
  • Select the E-mail accounts section and new account.
  • Select Office 365 if available. Use Exchange Server as an alternate.
  • You need to know the following:
    1. Your e-mail account address: NUser@NCUIH.org
    2. Your account name: Nuser (Note, may not be needed)
    3. Your NCUIH password.
  • Completion of the process should be automatic.
  • It may take a few minutes for the connection to be set up, so wait at least five minutes.

    • Note: The security for the mail connection requires that you lock your phone with a pass phrase or password. It may prompt to confirm this setting. If you have not set up a pass phrase to lock your phone, you will not be able to complete the mail setup.
